Our Value

Oak Hills Country Club is a member-owned, private club that offers all the amenities of a full private club. Offering championship golf and pristine course conditions is our core, while ensuring we offer the best with all our products and services in our restaurant & pub, banquet facilities, tennis operations, pool operations, and social events & programs. Making our members & guests day, every day is our #1 goal!

Oak Hills Country Club began in 1967 as a 9-hole golf course in the Millard area of Southeastern Nebraska. A temporary Clubhouse was also built at that time and was owned by John and Carlene Kraft, members of Oak Hills.

In 1968, the back nine and a permanent Clubhouse were constructed. Oaks Inc. owned the land and clubhouse, while Hal Grove Inc. was the operating company at the time.

In 1973, Mr. Grove sold the Club to the membership and Oak Hills became a member-equity club with a limit of 350 certificate members, plus social members. In 2007, the number of certificate members was raised to 375.

The Pro Shop and casual dining area known as The Pub were constructed in the early 1980s. The Pub continues to be the most popular gathering area at the Club, where members meet before, at the turn and after golf.

St. Andrews Pointe and Oak Hills Highland neighborhoods surround the picturesque golf course.

The Oak Hills Board of Directors is a working board comprised of nine certificate members of the club who serve a three-year term and help direct the day-to-day operations along with the management team of the club.

In 1993-1994, a six-lane swimming pool and tennis courts were built next to the Clubhouse, along with a new cart barn and practice facilities to include a driving range, chipping and putting greens.

In 2004 to 2005, the front nine underwent a major renovation and upgrade' and in the fall of 2017 to spring 2018, the back nine followed up with its renovation.
